Essential qualifications:

• Contenders should Possess Diploma / Engineering Degree / Graduation Degree / Post Graduation Degree from an accredited board / university or institute.

Age Limitation:

• Applicants age should be in the range of 21 to 40 Years (E-5 Level), 21 to 34 Years (E-3 Level), 21 to 36 Years (E-4 Level), 21 to 28 Years (E-0 Level), 21 to 30 Years (E-1 Level), 21 to 32 Years (E-2 Level).
• Relaxation on upper Age-limit admissible to eligible categories of applicants, in accordance with the instructions and orders issued by the Central Government.

Recruitment Criteria:

The Applicant will be recommended for selection on the basis of their marks or merit in the Written Exam, Interview.

• Application fee payable for GEN / OBC Candidates is 1000/-.

RAILTEL Pay Scale or Total Emoluments:

On placement in RAILTEL, candidates will draw Total Emoluments in pay scale of Rs. 32,900 - 58,000/- (E-5 Level), Rs. 24,900 - 50,500/- (E-3), Rs. 12,600 - 32,500/- (E-0), Rs. 16,400 - 40,500/- (E-1), Rs. 20,600 - 46,500/- (E-2), Rs. 29,100 - 54,500/- (E-4) as per post and Grade pay.
