Essential qualifications:
- Contenders should Possess Graduate Degree, Engineering Degree, MBA/PG from an accredited board / university or institute.
- Age of the Applicants should be less or equal to 50 Years (General Manager), 45 Years (DGM), 42 Years (Senior Manager), 40 Years (Manager), 37 Years (Dy. Manager).
- Relaxation on upper Age-limit admissible to eligible categories of applicants, in accordance with the instructions and orders issued by the Central Government.
- The Applicant will be recommended for selection on the basis of their marks or merit in the Interview.
- On placement in OPaL, candidates will draw Total Emoluments in pay scale of 50 Years (General Manager), 45 Years (DGM), 42 Years (Senior Manager), 40 Years (Manager), 37 Years (Dy. Manager) as per post and Grade pay.
