Essential qualifications:

• Contenders should Possess Graduation Degree (Law) from an accredited board / university or institute.

Age Limitation:

• Age of the Applicants should be less or equal to 35 Years.
• Relaxation on upper Age-limit admissible to eligible categories of applicants, in accordance with the instructions and orders issued by the Central Government.

Recruitment Criteria:

The Applicant will be recommended for selection on the basis of their marks or merit in the Written Exam, Viva Voce.

Application Fee:

• All Candidates Application Fee is 600/-.

Sikkim High Court Pay Scale or Total Emoluments:

On placement in Sikkim High Court, candidates will draw Total Emoluments in pay scale of Rs. 51,550 - 63,070/- as per post and Grade pay.
