Essential qualifications:

• Contenders should Possess 5th, 10th, 12th, Graduation Degree, B.ED. from an accredited board / university / institute.

Age Limitation:

• Applicants age should be in the range of 21 to 32 Years (Post 1,2), 18 to 32 Years (Post 3-8) counted from 01-01-2016.
• Relaxation on upper Age-limit admissible to eligible categories of applicants, in accordance with the instructions and orders issued by the Central Government.

Recruitment Criteria:

The Applicant will be recommended for selection on the basis of their marks or merit in the Merit List, Written Exam, Personal Interview.

Pay Scale or Total Emoluments:

On placement in PBDA, candidates will draw a salary in the scale of Rs. 9300/- (Post 1,2), Rs. 6000/- (Post 3,4), Rs. 3500/- (Post 5), Rs. 1500/- (Post 6,7), Rs. 1300/- (Post 8). Per month
