Essential qualifications:

• Contenders should Possess Graduation Degree, CA /ICWA, MBA from an accredited board / university or institute.

Age Limitation:

• Applicants age should be in the range of 50 to 55 Years (Post 1,2), 45 to 50 Years (Post 3).
• Relaxation on upper Age-limit admissible to eligible categories of applicants, in accordance with the instructions and orders issued by the Central Government.

Recruitment Criteria:

The Applicant will be recommended for selection on the basis of their marks or merit in the Interview.

MDCC Bank Pay Scale or Total Emoluments:

On placement in MDCC Bank, candidates will draw Total Emoluments in pay scale of Rs. 11550 - 28424/- (for DGM) Rs. 9300 - 24300/- (for AGM) Rs. 2800 - 11550/- (for Managers) as per post and Grade pay.
