Essential qualifications:

• Contenders should Possess 12th, Graduation Degree, B.Ed and M.Ed, ICWA/CA/SAS/CS, Master’s Degree, Ph.D Qualification from an accredited board / university or institute.

Recruitment Criteria:

The Applicant will be recommended for selection on the basis of their marks or merit in the Written Exam / Skill Test / Interview, Physical Fitness Test.

Pay Scale or Total Emoluments:

On placement in RSS, candidates will draw following salary or in pay scale as per post and Grade pay -

Rs. 37400 - 67000/- With 10,000/9000/- Grade Pay (Post 1,2,5),
Rs. 15600 - 39100/- With 6000/- Grade Pay (Post 3,4,6-8),
Rs. 9300 - 34800/- With 5400/4200/- Grade Pay (Post 9-13),
Rs. 5200 - 20200/- With 2400/4200/- Grade Pay (Post 14) .
