• Contenders should Possess Graduation Degree / Post Graduation Degree from an accredited board / university or institute.

Recruitment Criteria:

The Applicant will be recommended for selection on the basis of their marks or merit in the Interview.

NFSM Gujarat Pay Scale or Total Emoluments:

On placement in NFSM Gujarat, candidates will draw Total Emoluments in pay scale of Rs. 50,000/- (Post 1), Rs. 25,000/- (Post 2-3), Rs. 30,000/- (Post 4), Rs. 20,000/- (Post 5) as per post and Grade pay.
