1. Management Trainee (HR) - 08
2. Management Trainee (Marketing) - 06

Essential Qualifications:

• Contenders should Possess Bachelors Degree , MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma in HR Management / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / Social Work from an accredited board / university or institute.

Age Limitation:

• Age of the Applicants should be less or equal to 27 Years counted from 01-02-2018.
• Relaxation on upper Age-limit admissible to eligible categories of applicants, in accordance with the instructions and orders issued by the Central Government.

Recruitment Criteria:

The Applicant will be recommended for selection on the basis of their marks or merit in the UGC-NET 2018 examination Score and Personal Interview.

Application Fee:

• Application fee payable for GEN / OBC Candidates is 500/-.
• Application fee payable for ST/ SC / PH Candidates is 100/-.

RINL Pay Scale or Total Emoluments:

On placement in RINL, candidates will draw Total Emoluments in pay scale of Rs. 20,600 - 46,500/- (On During Training), Rs. 24,900 - 50,500/- (On completion of training) Per month as per post and Grade pay.
