Essential Qualifications:

• Contenders should Possess Serving Personnel Officer from an accredited board / university or institute.

Recruitment Criteria:

The Applicant will be recommended for selection on the basis of their marks or merit in the Personal Interview.

RSTB Pay Scale or Total Emoluments:

On placement in RSTB, candidates will draw Total Emoluments in pay scale of Rs. 9300 - 34800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 3600/4800/- (Post 1-7), Rs. 5,200 - 20,200/-plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/2800/- (Post 8,9) Per month as per post and Grade pay.
