2. Sergeant - 215
3. Assistant Superintendent Jail (Direct Recruitment) - 125
4. Assistant Superintendent Jail (Ex-Serviceman) - 42

Essential Qualifications:
Contenders should Possess Graduation Degree from an accredited board/university or institute.

Age Limitation:

• Applicants age should be in the range of 20 - 37 years (for male), 20 - 40 years (for female) counted from 01-01-2019.
• Relaxation on upper Age-limit admissible to eligible categories of applicants, in accordance with the instructions and orders issued by the Central Government.

Recruitment Criteria:

The Applicant will be recommended for selection on the basis of their marks or merit in the Written Exam (Preliminary & Main) Physical Efficiency Test.

Application Fee:

• Application fee payable for Gen/OBC candidates is 700.
• Application fee payable for SC/ ST candidates is 40.

BPSSC Bihar Police Pay Scale or Total Emoluments:

• On placement in BPSSC Bihar Police, candidates will draw Total Emoluments in the pay scale of Rs. 35400 - 112400/- (Post 1,2), Rs. 29200 - 92300/- (Post 3,4) Per month as per post and Grade pay.
