Essential qualifications:

• Contenders should Possess Graduation Degree in law from an accredited board / university or institute.

Age Limitation:

• Age of the Applicants should be less or equal to 35 years.
• Relaxation on upper Age-limit admissible to eligible categories of applicants, in accordance with the instructions and orders issued by the Central Government.

Recruitment Criteria:

The Applicant will be recommended for selection on the basis of their marks or merit in the Personal Interview.

IP India Pay Scale or Total Emoluments:

On placement in Office of the Controller General Patents, Designs and Trademarks, IP India, candidates will draw Total Emoluments in pay scale of Rs. 35000/-. as per post and Grade pay.
