Essential qualifications:

• Contenders should Possess Post Graduation Degree from an accredited board / university or institute.

Age Limitation:

• Age of the Applicants should be less or equal to 30/35/40 Years (Assistant Professor), 45 Years (Associate Professor), 50 Years (Professor).
• Relaxation on upper Age-limit admissible to eligible categories of applicants, in accordance with the instructions and orders issued by the Central Government.

Recruitment Criteria:

The Applicant will be recommended for selection on the basis of their marks or merit in the Interview.

NIT Rourkela Pay Scale or Total Emoluments:

On placement in NIT Rourkela, candidates will draw Total Emoluments in pay scale of Rs. 15,600 - 39,100/- With 7000/6000/- Grade Pay (Post 1), Rs. 37,400 - 67,000/- With 9500/10,500/- Grade Pay as per post and Grade pay.
