Essential qualifications:

• Contenders should Possess 10th, Diploma, B.E/B.Tech (Civil Engineering) from an accredited board / university or institute.

Age Limitation:

• Applicants age should be in the range of 18 to 30 Years.
• Relaxation on upper Age-limit admissible to eligible categories of applicants, in accordance with the instructions and orders issued by the Central Government.

Recruitment Criteria:

The Applicant will be recommended for selection on the basis of their marks or merit in the Written Exam, Interview.

Application Fee:

• Application fee payable for OC / BC / BC(M)/ MBC / DC Candidates is 500/-.
• Application fee payable for (SC/SC(A) / ST / PWD ) Candidates is 250/-.

TNHB Pay Scale or Total Emoluments:

On placement in TNHB, candidates will draw Total Emoluments in pay scale of Rs. 9300 - 34800/- With 4700/- Grade Pay (Post 1,2), Rs. 5400 - 20200/- With 2800/2400/- Grade Pay (Post 3-6) as per post and Grade pay.
