Essential qualifications:

• Contenders should Possess M.Tech /M.Sc (Tech) / M.Sc in geophysics /Geology /EnvironmentalScience with GIS knowledge/Remote Sensing with GIS/Geoinformatics/ Civil Engineering with Geotechnical expertise / Physics with expertise in seismology field / Mathematics with expertise in seismology from an accredited board / university or institute.

Age Limitation:

• Age of the Applicants should be less or equal to 70 years (Post 1,2), 40 years (Post 3), 35 years (Post 4,5) counted from 16-02-2018.
• Relaxation on upper Age-limit admissible to eligible categories of applicants, in accordance with the instructions and orders issued by the Central Government.

Recruitment Criteria:

The Applicant will be recommended for selection on the basis of their marks or merit in the Personal Interview.

MOES Pay Scale or Total Emoluments:

On placement in MOES, candidates will draw Total Emoluments in pay scale of Rs. 80,000/- (For Post 1), Rs. 60,000/- (For Post 2), Rs. 22,200/-(For Post 3), Rs. 21,000/- (For Post 4), 36,000/- (For Post 5) as per post and Grade pay.
